Meet the Directors
CMK is led by two experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyors with a combined experience of over 30 years in the construction industry.
Ryan Carragher
B.Eng., BSc (Hons) MSCSI
Ryan has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career in quantity surveying, he has been involved in numerous large-scale projects valued in excess of €100 million. He has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including hospitality, retail, industrial developments, large-scale infrastructure and data centres. Ryan's background in contracting strengthens his extensive Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) experience. He is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and serves on the APC panel.
Padraig McKeever
BSc (Hons) MSCSI
Padraig has over fourteen years' experience as a Professional Quantity Surveyor, having worked on a wide range of projects across Ireland, UK and Europe. He has worked on projects in multiple sectors including residential, office, retail, high-tech industry, data centres and industrial developments. Padraig has qualifications in M&E quantity surveying and Project Management. He is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
